The company began life in September 2001 and was incorporated in May 2002. The Managing Director is a member of the Institute of Food Science and Technology (IFST) and of the Professional Food Microbiology Group within that Institute. He is a qualified microbiologist and has served within several blue chip food or scientific organisations including Rank Hovis McDougal where he worked within the Food Safety Section of the Lord Rank Research Centre as a project microbiologist and bioMerieux UK Ltd where he served as a technical sales consultant and key account manager for the pharmaceutical companies. He has several years under his belt now leading food businesses such as The Good Food Company and Lenham StorageĀ through the BRC certification process and directing the training services we provide for blue chip food service companies such as Elior UK or companies such as Leckford Dairy within the John Lewis Group.
